This helicopter was regd. in East Germany to the Nationale Volksarmee as NVA-393 operated by the HG 34 from November 1973 till November 1981.

Operated as NVA-393 and operated by the HAG 35 from November 1981 till January 1991.

This helicopter was then re regd. to the German Bundeswehr as 94+63 operated by the THG 34 from January 1991 till March 1991.

Operated as 94+63 by the LTGrp from April 1991 till December 1992.

Transported as owned by the Luftwaffen Museum der Bundeswehr in Berlin Gatow and stored in the storage Hangar 5 since June 1994.

This was noted there during the 10th of May 2002 marked as 94+63 on one side and on the other is has NVA-393. Still there during 2006.

This museum had a change of name to the Milit?r Historisches Museum (MHM) Berlin Gatow since the 1st of October 2011.
