This helicopter when reg. in Germany as D-HRIT was slightly damaged on 25.07.2001 in an emergency landing at Stein near F?rth in Bavaria while on a photo flight from Rothenburg ob der Tauber on 25.07.2001. No injuries reported to the two crew.
Then it was reported substantially damaged in a hard landing on 25.08.2002 after the tail rotor failed while hovering at the Augsburg M?hlhausen Airport ripping of its tail boom. No injurie reported.
