This helicopter when registered in West Germany as D-HMUG by the Bayern Police from May 1974 was substantially damaged in an accident on April 17, 1978 when its main rotor blades hit the Watzmann Haus. There was no one injured and repaired since.

Canceled in August 1999 as SOC from its police force as returned to Eurocopter Germany.

It was then re-registered to Reiner Zemke - Rhein-Ruhr Helicopter GmbH & Co KG in September 1999.

Also used in the RTL TV series 112 Sie Retten Dein Leben in 2008 as an imitated ambulance helicopter.

This was repainted in Cleve and went to the ALT in Bonn Hangelar (EDKB) from the 26th and departed again back to its Moenchengladbach base on April 28, 2011.

Operated for a three-month trial as Kuno SH-01 from Hartenholm (EDHM) in Schleswig Holstein from July 16, until October 2011.

This was also used in the TV Series Alarm fuer Cobra 11 (Engel des Todes) in the City of Koeln.

This was redecorated by WRAP GARAGE Peter Keiche for a TV movie Geiseldrama von Gladbeck 1988 into the old-style police helicopter and seen at (EDWQ) from the 27th till the 29th of August 2016 and it's wrap removed at Friedrichsdorf since the evening of September the 1st.

This was again used in the German TV series Gladbeck which was released in 2018.

Starring: Sascha Alexander Gersak with Marie Rosa Tietjen, Alexander Scheer, Martin Wuttke, Zsa Zsa Inci and Marie Rosa Tietjen with many more.
