This helicopter when re regd. to the Czech Air Force as 4011 was noted first with the Tiger paint during July 1994.
This was reported stored at Prerov AB. Noted during September 2004 and still there during September 2007 and January 2008.
This was SOC as PWFU and preserved at Nitra Janikovc as noted during April 2017. Still there in July 2020.
